As Facilities Concierge Manager, you are the single point of accountability for keeping our clients' buildings running. You'll manage facilities across a portfolio of client organizations through one centralized platform: vendors, preventive maintenance, work orders, invoices, emergencies, and client reporting.
What you'll do
- Serve as the dedicated facilities lead for a portfolio of client organizations
- Coordinate, bid out, and benchmark vendors, holding them accountable to scope, timeline, and cost
- Clean up and renegotiate existing contracts to optimize client spend
- Build and manage preventive maintenance schedules across sites
- Manage work orders and tickets from intake to resolution, all inside the platform
- Own the billing process: review, validate, and consolidate vendor invoices into one monthly bill per client
- Handle facilities emergencies and coordinate rapid vendor response
- Run recurring client check-ins and report on savings, response times, and project status
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in facilities management, property management, or vendor coordination
- Comfortable living in software; you pick up new tools fast
- Strong vendor negotiation and cost-benchmarking instincts
- Excellent communication and a level head with vendors and clients
- Highly organized across multiple sites and clients
- Client-facing and relationship-driven
- Comfortable tracking and reporting on operational metrics
- Experience with charter schools or nonprofit environments is a plus
